BELLA LUXE LIVING SALES TERMS / WARRANTY
Proof of purchase (original Bella Luxe Living Sales Receipt/Invoice) must be provided to Bella Luxe Living with any warranty claim.
All Bella Luxe Living products include a 1-year limited warranty against defects unless otherwise specified.
Warranties do not cover installation or any other labor charges associated with repair, removal, reinstallation, or consequential damages.
Damages resulting from moving or installation are not considered defects and are not covered under these warranties.
Warranties do not cover product failure caused by abuse, misuse, unauthorized modifications, neglect, damage due to handling, faulty installation, or external factors such as shipment delays or project interruptions.
The Bella Luxe Living disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Warranties apply only to original purchaser and to original product installation, and are void if product is moved from its initial place of installation.
Bella Luxe Living must be notified in writing upon discovery of any defect in product, including a detailed description of alleged defect.
Defective products or parts will be replaced on a rush basis.
Warranties do not apply to local building code compliance. Buyer should check related plumbing codes before installation.
Raw materials used in manufacturing of Bella Luxe Living products may naturally vary in appearance. Grain character, color differences, and natural imperfections in wood occur naturally and cannot be considered defects.
Because of the varying natural characteristics of wood and the effects of aging, product shown in displays and/or printed materials will not be an exact match to new cabinetry you will receive. Variation in wood is normal and unavoidable. In addition, it is not possible to exactly match our colors in printed materials.
Lumber and veneer products may sustain color changes and/or surface damage when exposed to extreme temperature changes or prolonged direct sunlight. These, as well as natural color changes and variations, are not covered under warranty.
Although Bella Luxe Living does its best to match color on warranty replacement doors or drawers, no guarantee of an exact color match is made.
All information must be filled out accurately. Submissions with incomplete details may not be processed.

BELLA LUXE LIVING PROVIDES THIS WARRANTY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BELLA LUXE LIVING DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE BELLA LUXE LIVING BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES/LOSSES ARISING FROM USING BELLA LUXE LIVING PRODUCTS.
